About Us

Jevic Properties Limited is a Ugandan real estate company that helps people buy land and manage property. We are located at Post Bank Building in Nansana, just opposite Total Nabweru. Our goal is to make land ownership simple, affordable, and possible for everyone.

We understand that many Ugandans earn small amounts of money daily or monthly. That’s why we started a special program called “My Land Project.” This project allows people to buy land starting from just UGX 10,000 a day. You can make a small deposit of 10% of the land cost, and then pay the balance in small amounts for up to one year. The best part is, after paying the deposit, you can begin using your land right away.

In addition to land sales, we offer a range of services including civil engineering, land title processing, land surveying, and property management. We serve clients across Central Uganda, with available plots along major routes such as Hoima Road, Entebbe Road, Gayaza Road, Jinja Road, and Mityana Road. At Jevic Properties, we believe that owning land should not be difficult or only for the rich. We are here to support everyone – young people, families, small business owners, and anyone who dreams of owning land. We are a company you can trust. Many people have bought land through us, and we continue to grow by keeping our word, offering fair prices, and helping our clients step by step.
